At Eldo Elite Pet Foods, we want both you and your pet to be 100% satisfied. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns on most unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Products must be unused and in re-sellable condition
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened pet food or treats
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Request a Return
- Email us at [your returns email] or use our Contact Form.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order and return the original item if eligible.
